Hawkson Academy – Refund Policy

Hawkson Academy maintains a strict refund policy to ensure the fair use of administrative and instructional resources.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests made at least 7 days before the official class start date may be eligible for a partial refund.
A non-refundable administrative fee of CAD 100 will be deducted from the total amount paid. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original method of payment, where possible.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

No refunds will be issued for requests made less than 7 days before the class start date, on the start date, or after the class has commenced.
This includes—but is not limited to—situations involving:

  • Changes in personal circumstances
  • Visa or immigration issues
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Non-attendance

3. Access to Course Materials

Once a student has been granted access to any course materials, online platforms, recordings, internal systems, or class links (including demo classes), the enrollment is considered confirmed and non-refundable.

4. Processing Time

All approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after official written confirmation is issued by Hawkson Academy.

5. Scope of Policy

This refund policy applies to all programs, courses, workshops, webinars, and private or group classes conducted under Hawkson Academy.

6. Agreement to Policy

By completing enrollment and submitting any payment, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
